A) Yes, we can do your own customized inflatable product, we can develop the sample based on your design artwork.

Q) What is the MOQ for each item?
A) MOQ 100PCS for each item.
Q) My Inflatable is not fully inflating.
A) The product should fully inflate. If not, please check the following:
- It is on a level surface
- The fans are level and the intake vent of the fan is not obstructed by fabric or grass. The power source is interrupted or the cord may be unplugged. Debris may be lodged in the motor
- All zippers are closed. Each piece may have one or more zippers. Sometimes there are zippers that are hidden in the seams. Please double check to make sure all are closed.
Q) How can I repair my Inflatable?
A) Rips or holes in your Inflatable can be sewn by hand (no special thread is required) or taped with clear packing tape. You can also use tent repair tape to patch your Inflatable, which can be found at most sporting goods stores.
Q) How can I clean, storage and maintain my Inflatable?
A: Only use mild detergent with cold water to wipe the figure clean. Leave inflated until completely dry.
Unplug, roll up and store in original package or similar size box. Do not clean the motor with any liquids, use a dry cloth only
Q) How do I replace a light in my Inflatable?
A) The LED’s cannot be replaced, do not attempt to remove them.
Q) My Inflatable is not animating as it is supposed to.
A) Please make sure the rotating cuff does not have fabric twisted around it as this may cause tension and restrict the movement. If the fabric is twisted around the cuff, please carefully untwist it. Also, make sure the item is on a level surface.
Warning:
· Only use the inflatable decoration with the transformer Model Number nominated on the Light Chain label.
· Do not expose the inflatable decoration to direct heat or flame, never submerse in water.
· Do not connect the inflatable decoration to any other electrical device.
· Never connect the inflatable decoration to the transformer whilst it is in the box.
· Never cover the inflatable decoration with any fabric or other form of cover that will reduce air circulation around the air intake / outlet.
· Unfold the inflatable decoration before connecting to transformer and turning power on.
